Our story began when the Center for Modern Languages was established in 1988 and opened its doors to one hundred twenty elementary magnet students. Sharing two wings of the middle school facility (North Dade Middle) the building required modifications to accommodate our young scholars. All of our scholars were transported by either car or bus leaving their neighborhood schools. Today, despite the necessity of bus and car transportation, our children who live in Miami-Dade County travel from near and far to attend our nationally recognized award winning school. Currently, CML
has grown to 400 students in grades one through five students and we’ve recently moved to our newly constructed state of the art modern facility in 2013.
